Anyone can become ordained and call themselves an Officiant. But few will dedicate themselves to providing their clients with the best service and highest level of integrity. With WSWS, you get someone who understands the importance of being professional and prepared for your wedding day.

Diane is the face of White Swan. She will be communicating with you via phone, text, email, or Zoom. Diane will help you navigate the details of your ceremony, offering suggestions, tips, and information along the way.  Diane provides her clients with support, encouragement, and resources at every step. She will be at your rehearsal and wedding to provide you with the BEST officiant experience available!  Diane loves officiating,  she loves getting to know her couples, and she prides herself in providing quality service no matter how small or large your ceremony. 

David is Diane's husband and assistant. You will see him on the periphery at weddings where he may be setting up speakers, assisting with sound checks, or providing other assistance needed to help Diane make your experience go absolutely smoothly!

Sarah is a native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, having graduated from St. Norbert College. She has experience officiating different types of ceremonies and coordinating rehearsals. Sarah is a full-time registered nurse, and she is dedicated to serving her WSWS clients on the weekends and other times as available. Sarah enjoys getting to know her couples and helping them create a personalized ceremony tailored for their love story.
