1. Witness. Do you have a small elopement in mind? Just the two of you and a photographer? My husband David is always available to act as a second witness. Meet him on the "gallery" page of this website.
2. Ideas! Often, I am contacted, and the couple says, "We want to get married next Saturday, and we don't care where." I have a few indoor and outdoor locations in Green Bay that we can use!

*** We will provide a rehearsal "package" for those who opt to coordinate their own rehearsal for elopements, commitment ceremonies, vow renewals, or small micro-weddings. Package details will be discussed during our consultation.
Travel fees 2025
0-29 miles = no travel fee
30+ miles = $1 per mile each way.

My name is Diane Tremmel, and I am the owner of White Swan Wedding Services, an ordained minister, and someone who understands that details matter. I have a Master of Science degree, and I have decades of public speaking and professional writing experience. My attention to detail, and my organizational skills are exemplary. Since retirement in 2015, I have wanted to do something to make a difference and touch lives. After working as an event planner for residential communities in Florida and Green Bay, I became an ordained minister and found my calling in officiating weddings. Your wedding ceremony should be exactly as you dreamed it to be. I will help you achieve that dream by officiating your wedding in a professional manner and performing the ceremony with grace and joy.

We do officiate on all Federal Holidays if available. If you wish to wed on any of the dates noted, an additional Holiday Fee of $100 will apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
The fees range from $375 and up. The exact quote will be provided during your consultation. The range takes into account whether you want a short and sweet elopement or vow renewal, or a more detailed ceremony for a large wedding.

Travel fees may also be applied based upon venue location.
Simply reach out to me via email. Just let me know whether you want a simple ceremony, or if you want for me to create a ceremony around your individual love story. If you want something simple, I will send you some questions to answer, and we will move forward. If you choose a more individualized ceremony, we can either meet via Zoom, or you can fill out a questionnaire designed to provide information regarding your love story. If you hire me as your Wedding Officiant, you will sign a contract and pay a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your wedding date on my calendar. It's that easy!
Of course!!! Love is love, and we want EVERY couple, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, to have the perfect wedding! We would be delighted to officiate your same sex wedding.
We do NOT perform prison or jail weddings. Many officiants do, however, and they would be delighted to provide services to meet your needs. Your prison/jail chaplain or case manager may be able to provide names of officiants/chaplains/ministers for you to contact.
Absolutely!!! It is your wedding, and it should be perfect! If you want to write your own vows, please do! If you need assistance, I can recommend some standard vow language to you!
If you change the date of your wedding, I will look at my calendar to see if I am available on your new date. If so, we will simply make that adjustment on my calendar. You will be allowed one date change within one year of the original wedding date. If you change your dates multiple times, we will only apply the retainer to the first date change.
If your wedding is cancelled, or you decide to have someone else officiate your marriage after contract, your 50% non-refundable retainer will be forfeited.
This policy is necessary because when I reserve your wedding date on my calendar, it is yours. If you change your mind after contract, I may have declined another couple who wanted to be married on that date, thus losing business. This is an industry standard policy with most officiants.

Diane (also known as Mom to me) is SPECTACULAR at what she does- and I’m not just saying that because she is my mom! Everyone raved about how beautifully written our ceremony was. Our wedding party and family said rehearsal was extremely organized because she made sure everyone understood their roles, where and how to stand, how to do the unity ceremony, etc. Because of that detailed rehearsal, everything went smoothly on wedding day! She is well spoken, professional, and LOVES what she does, which is very obvious in her work. Also, extra bonus points for stepping out of the way for first kiss photos!! Diane was so great to work with. We had our first zoom meeting with her and were so impressed with her right away. She was very organized and communicated with us multiple times. For our "unity ceremony" we didn't want to do the usual candle or sand type of thing, so she had suggested a wine blending ceremony which fit our personalities and interests so well. That was one of our favorite parts of our ceremony. Diane was able to keep our large bridal party in line and ran through our rehearsal the night before the wedding quickly and efficiently. You can tell Diane has done this many times before and is great at her job.

"Diane Tremmel with White Swan was amazing! She was available with very little notice as we just wanted a quick I do, I do. She was very helpful in everything as I had no idea what I needed to do. The restaurant in Green Bay, The OC was perfect. We almost had the place to ourselves so felt intimate. Originally is was going to be us and our witnesses. But our 4 turned into 10. With every 2 we added Diane said ok great I'll add two more. The small ceremony was very cute, and she made it original to us and our beliefs and words we had chosen to say. Our families were very impressed by her as well. My new sister-in-law requested Dianes information for a friend of hers looking for a intimate wedding. I gave it to her without delay. I very much recommend Diane for any wedding you choose, big or small. Also, after the wedding she kept us informed of the filing of our marriage license. Diane did such a great job as our officiant. She was very responsive. We contacted her less than two weeks out from our wedding but was able to get everything done. We met via Zoom where she asked us questions to get to know us and what we wanted for the ceremony. She made sure we knew what we needed to do for our marriage license.
She provided us with some suggested readings she thought might fit what we wanted, and they did.
She showed up early to the ceremony and looked very professional. The script she personalized for us was beautiful. We wrote our own vows, but we had her read them after which we would repeat. The pauses during this part were perfect.
After the ceremony, she hand delivered the marriage license where it needed to go, and emailed us instructions.
Overall, we’re so happy that she was there for our wedding day to help guide us along and deliver a great experience!

Diane was an AMAZING officiant for our wedding. She was more prepared than I could have imagined and flexible when we had to move our ceremony to a different spot on the beach. An intimate ceremony on Lake Michigan was loud with the breeze and the waves but she had a microphone so everyone heard her well. Her communication skills are top notch and she wrote up a beautiful story for my husband and I on how we met. Watching back on our video she also had great eye contact with the groom and bride. You could tell she was more than happy to be there with us. Overall a great experience with a kind soul.

My husband and I wanted someone who we could connect with, who our guests could connect with, and someone who was organized and prepared to help us with all the sentimental and also legal steps to get married. During the process of picking our officiant, we knew right away that Diane was all that we were looking for. We started with a zoom meeting to get to know each other, that turned into over an hour because we immediately connected. Diane conducted a great interview to get to know us and learn what we were looking for. She then helped us with building a beautiful ceremony. She offered us so many options for ways to make the ceremony special. From different vow options, readings, unity ideas, etc. Diane helped greatly with the organization of the ceremony and wrote a beautiful script based on all that she learned from us. From the beginning, she listened to our story and what spoke to us the most as a couple, even sending a list of religious and non-religious readings for us to choose from. Using this information, Diane wrote the most touching ceremony that we were able to preview (vows redacted). Her kindness and warmth told us from day one that Diane was the right person to marry us.
